CSA - Connection Set Algebra
Connection Set Algebra (CSA) is a general formalism for the description of connectivity in neuronal network models.
- Allows NEST and NineML-based implementations to setup connectivity
- Python version publicly available from the INCF software center
- C++ implementation in progress; libcsa
- PyNN enables efficient setup of connectivity
- Generic connection generation API
INCF is working to integrate CSA into the MSM Program activities and services, most specifically in NineML.
