The Bernstein Conference on Computational Neuroscience is the annual meeting of the National Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience (NNCN). The Bernstein Network represents about 200 research groups from over 20 locations in Germany, covering all areas of modern neuroscience. The NNCN is thus one of the largest research initiatives in Germany and the only network in neuroscience of its kind in the world.

In 2012, the Bernstein Conference will be hosted by the Bernstein Center Munich and will be held consecutively with Neuroinformatics2012, the annual congress of the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF).
